For more than 30 years, the TRSA Annual Production Management Institute (PMI) has equipped both new and experienced managers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead and optimize plant operations. PMI is designed to strengthen supervisory and management performance within textile services organizations by:
- Providing a thorough understanding of industry best practices in laundry operations
- Enhancing leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Program Structure
PMI is structured into two levels of learning, each aligned with career progression:
Year I: Foundations for New Supervisors / Emerging Leaders
This level focuses on building essential supervisory and operational knowledge. Participants develop a strong foundation in production management principles and leadership practices, preparing them to take on greater responsibilities within their organizations.
Year II: Advanced Leadership for Experienced Supervisors / High Potentials
This advanced level is designed for experienced supervisors and high-potential leaders.
Interactive sessions will help participants refine their leadership approach, strengthen strategic thinking, and deepen their expertise in production and laundry-specific management.
